There are models that are prepared to surprise and provide unique experiences where there are no rivals. The digital world and especially eSports have taken a step forward. This is the case with Ford and his team Team Fordzilla P1, the TFZ-P1, which will now also be in mobile video games,
being the Asphalt 8 the one chosen for it.
The TFZ-P1, which debuts in mobile games, will compete in more than 75 circuits. Of course, those who want it will have to meet a goal. The vehicle will be a premium award for participants in a new ten-day in-game festival that will be released on September 2, 2022, and which closely follows one of the game’s biggest updates.
This model will be available in different colors and is that reaches virtual speeds of up to 435 km/h with an extra turbo boost of 48 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.12 seconds.
The TFZ-P1 race car’s journey began in March 2020, when gamers were asked to vote on Twitter on the package and features of the car.including seat configuration, engine position and cabin definition. Nearly a quarter of a million fan votes were sent throughout the voting process.
To do this, Ford designers have been working hard to achieve models that achieve those characteristics. Finally, the chosen model has beenor the exterior of Arturo AriƱo and the interior of Robert Engelmann, and just three months later they presented the full-scale model at gamescom 2020.
This year’s gamescom event marks the third anniversary of Ford’s first esports team. In these three years, members of the Fordzilla team have not only competed at the highest level on the virtual racing stage, but also have participated in Ford activities, including its Driving Skills for Life program to promote safer driving habits among young people. They also supported the Ford Gaming Transit, a van specially adapted to offer accessible games to children with specific physical needs.
