Now, the well-known brand has opted to launch the fifth generation of a model that is the clear reference of the brand ‘Lexus Electrified’.
With the launch of this new model, the next episode of the lexus brand is written. This idea encompasses the new ‘double-tipped body’ obtained by integrating the concept of the double arrowhead throughout the front of the vehicle. The RX team also found inspiration in the RX’s rich design legacy. The result is a vehicle instantly recognizable as an RX, but with a more dynamic, elegant and self-confident character.
In the interior finish, we find a tazuna cabin that offers the driver to take the ride directly and intuitively thanks to a powerful touch screen of 35.56cm. The new RX comes with a range of three different electrified variants in Europe. At the heart of the brand’s offering in Western Europe, the RX 450h+ will welcome RX customers to Lexus’ flagship plug-in hybrid technology.
Betting on electrification
The well-known firm has incorporated a new design identity of “double-tipped body” in the new RX. The result was better integration of the grille, which conveys a sense of electrified power and a low centre of gravity. Headlights with Multi LEDs are more slender, profiled and horizontal.
On the other hand, it comes equipped with a hybrid turbo engine that can be 371hp or 306hp depending on the model you choose.
