A dealer network in Canada decided to celebrate the tenth anniversary of McLaren Automotive’s opening in the nation. To do so, he ordered 10 examples of the 720S supercar with an exclusive mcLaren Special Operations package. The package is known as Canada 10th Anniversary MSO 1/10. As you can see in the images, it is a very striking supercar, with a spectacular line that arrives with everything you need to be among the most requested vehicles of the moment.
It is a very limited version
The first thing we have to take into account is that only seven units will be Spyders convertible and the other three will be coupes. The distributor at the heart of the limited run is Pfaff Automotive Partners and has come a long way to include important details linking McLaren to Canada.
What you bring from the outside
The wheels are painted with a dark Stealth finish and the Pure Black paint is a subtle nod to the country’s first McLaren, an MP4-12C. The orange exterior details pay tribute to victories in McLaren’s Can-Am races dating back to 1967. Of course, no Canadian package could be complete without a maple leaf and you’ll find one on the hood stripe.
From the front you can see very striking lines, with the hood in the shape of a “V” and the air intakes that it has on the sides. The orange line on the right side does not go unnoticed. Their entire set of optics, both day and night, come with advanced LED technology. The air intakes on the sides of the bumper in that powerful orange color are powerfully striking.
On the sides of the car we have those alloy wheels or wheels described above, which in turn hide or disguise an efficient brake system composed of powerful orange calipers and discs on each of its wheels. There are ailerons on the sides of the doors, the locks come in orange, and there is an air intake at the back of the doors. The door housings come in black.
The rear is still interesting and sports a sporty spoiler that improves driving skills and sensations. There are two exhaust outlets at the central level. Brake or stop lights come in LED. The lower part of the car features an orange spoiler.

From Canada they expressed satisfaction with the arrival of these vehicles, and expressed that they are very excited to celebrate McLaren’s legacy in Canada, with an almost uninterrupted series of victories in the legendary Can-Am series and 13 victories in Formula 1; as such, McLaren has always set an incredibly high benchmark for performance in Canada, so its arrival in that country represents an opportunity to sell an iconic car to those who feel like getting it.
There will be about three outlets in Canada and more than 1,000 McLaren cars sold as an upcoming project, strengthening the brand on Canadian roads; the special 10 720S celebrate both legacies and give Canadian customers something special to get excited about.
Final details of the car
Many desirable options that are available on any other 720S are included in this short series of cars. That includes the electrochromic glazed roof, which I can tell you personally should be considered a requirement in sunny environments. It also gets the Performance Pack with its Pirelli Corsa tyres. This may not be as eye-catching as a McLaren Sabre with a colour-changing paint job, but it’s still a special package that should appeal to Canadian customers. McLaren’s three dealerships in Canada, located in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, will have access to Canada’s tenth anniversary editions.
